The journey starts in her belly.  Mom's are amazing humans for carrying and nurturing our children throughout time.  Can you imagine what it must have been like for moms' centuries ago who gave birth in all types of precarious circumstances and without any medications to dull the pain?  The process of growth is such a special time for a couple, as they anticipate who is going to arrive.  

Maternity sessions are so special and a privilege for me to be able to photograph.
